We had our dinner a few weeks back, and I am sorry I haven’t written an update sooner. Sometimes life gets on top of one, but now I am getting back on top.
Anyway, it was a real success. It was the best book so far! The food was outstanding, and looked amazing. It was also very easy to follow the recipes once you dove in and where not afraid of what they said. For example I was due to make lebneh, and I was a little unsure. Man it was pretty simple and well worth it!
Thank you to Erin and Richard for hosting and to Erin’s mother in-law for lending us all her spanish terracotta dishes. It really set the scene.
So I am going to let the pictures speak for themselves, but it is a must buy Cook Book.
I would say that the show stopper for me, which was made by Angela was the Octopus, Tomatoes, Capers and Dill salad.
PX ICE CREAM AND ANISE BISCUITS
CHERRY CHILLI PEPPERS, LEBNEH AND PINE NUTS PLUS HOMEMADE PICKLES
CARROT, CARAWAY, AND FETA PLUS PATATAS BRAVAS
AT ERIN’S COOKING UP OUR MORITO RECIPES
AND FINALLY WE ATE!
WE FINALLY ATE!
Thank you to all the girls for theIr hard work, and to Erin and Richard again for hosting. It was a lovely night! Photo credit to all the gals involved.. FYI tip from Sonia was the spidery.com, was amazing!
If you have any suggestions for the next book please let us know. Always open to suggestions. Until next time, happy eating!
