Persimmons are in season

In our next cookbook for the Cookbook Club, (A.O.C) is an amazing looking cake made with Persimmons, and maple walnuts which sounds like it is packed full of rich winter flavours. So I have decided it is a must make this weekend!

As I have been out doing the shopping around town I have spotted all of these bursting bright red and orange coloured fruit just screaming use me..  So I will!
